Spa guests may arrive no sooner than 1 hour before their scheduled treatment time and can enjoy the facilities up until 1 hour after the conclusion of your spa treatment. We ask that spa guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their appointment to begin your “Total” spa experience. The spa closes promptly at 6pm on Tuesday-Friday and 3pm on Saturday. If you have reserved the last hour of our business operating hours (i.e. 5pm on Tuesday-Friday or 2pm on Saturday) then we invite you to enjoy the spa facilities before your service begins and arrive up to 2 hours before your service begins. Please ensure you contact the spa directly if you have questions concerning your arrival time.

Quiet Room/Cell Phone and Electronics Use Policy

In order to provide a relaxing and private experience for all spa guests, we ask that you refrain using mobile devices and/or electronic equipment in the Petal Relaxation Room and common areas.

To maintain tranquility in our spa, we ask that you speak in a low spa voice to prevent disturbing others. Our goal is to provide everyone with a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. Thank you for being mindful of the spa setting.

Food and Beverages

Beverages are available to enjoy in the spa. Food is not available to be ordered or consumed in the spa areas.

Scheduling Policy

All services require a credit card to be placed on file to guarantee your appointment booking. This includes services intended to be paid for with a gift card. Please note: For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. Rather, our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique token that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge to your account. You will need to have your credit card available upon check-out.

You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked. There is also an automated appointment reminder that will go out 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Please confirm your appointment so we may begin preparing for your visit. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you can indicate by responding to the correspondence. However, late notifications will be subject to the Cancellation Policy.

Your Spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive at the suggested time prior to the start of your service. Ensure that you leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking. Unless scheduling allows differently, late arrivals will receive the remaining time available within the originally booked time frame. You will be charged for the service and time you booked. Some services require the full appointment time. Therefore, late arrivals with notice may need to be rescheduled and are possibly subject to the Cancellation Policy. Late arrivals without notice may be subject to the No-Show Policy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we require 24-hour advance notice.

· Aesthetic consultation with Physician Assistant – You will be charged a $75 inconvenience fee if you cancel or reschedule your aesthetic consultation within 24 hours of the visit or you no-show your consultation.

  • ·Waxing or tinting service – You will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee for canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours or failing to show for your visit.
  • ·All other aesthetic services (excluding microbrow) – You will be charged a $75 inconvenience fee for cancellation or rescheduling. You will be charged a $150 no-show fee if you fail to attend your aesthetic service.
  • Microbrow – In order to prepare for your service, we order supplies specifically for you. Therefore, microbrow services will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. You may reschedule your visit with a 24-hour advance notice. No-showing your appointment will result in a charge for the remaining balance of the service schedule
